  How far in advance should I book your balloon services for my event
  • It's recommended to book as early as possible, especially for larger or themed events. This allows us to plan and create your balloon decor with meticulous detail. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute orders based on availability.

  Delivery Policy
  • We currently offer delivery services within the Las Vegas, NV and surrounding areas. Specific delivery zones and fees will be discussed during the booking process. We do not offer balloons pick up, delivery only.

  Booking Policy
  • The non-refundable deposit as a commitment fee to secure our services for your specified date and time. By paying the deposit, you are reserving our team's time, expertise, and resources exclusively for your event.

  • Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit. Once the deposit is received, we will officially reserve your specified date and time on our calendar.

  • The remaining balance of the total order is typically due on or before the day of the event. This ensures that all financial transactions are settled before the delivery and setup of the balloon decor.

  Inclement Weather Considerations
  • In the case of outdoor events, we consider weather conditions to ensure the longevity and stability of the balloon decor. In the event of adverse weather, we may recommend adjustments to the setup.
